You didn’t think I’d leave you high and dry without a super food smoothie recipe did you?
David Wolfe ended his talk with a super food smoothie demonstration. He “cooks” exactly like me. No measuring. He literally just tossed handfuls of everything in so I don’t have exact measurements for anything. Yikes! With that being said, here’s the ingredients:
Chlorella (40 times more nutrients than wheatgrass)
Maca powder
Pure ground raw vanilla beans
Chaga mushroom tea (number one cancer fighter in the world!)
Cacao beans
Frozen blueberries
Raw honey
Coconut water
Blend and enjoy this nutrient packed smoothie!
